- Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as stated.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay.
- Anux does not store card, UPI, or bank account details.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on select products and locations.
In case of pricing errors, Anux reserves the right to cancel affected orders.
6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
- Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
- Anux may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment failure, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- Customers may cancel orders as per the conditions stated in our Refund & Return Policy.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, logistics, weather, or other external factors.
- Anux is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond reasonable control.
8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Users are advised to review the policy before making a purchase.
